The Automaticity Score

LoopShift tracks how “wired in” your habit is on a 0–100 scale. The target of ~86 is derived from the neuroscience benchmark of 66 days of consistent practice (Lally et al., 2010). The real range is 18–254 days — LoopShift gives you a personalized timeline based on your actual consistency.

Cue-Based Repetition

Habits form when a behavior becomes linked to a cue. LoopShift helps you identify your triggers and build if-then plans, so the right response fires automatically when the cue appears.

Urge Surfing

Urges peak and pass like waves. LoopShift teaches you to ride them out with guided breathing and timed resistance, weakening the old neural pathway each time you resist.
